Humanities Class Structure

Class structure:

  1. Response topics: Every class period will begin with a ten minute "response topic." Response topics must be kept in a separate journal that will be graded every two to three weeks.
  2. Music: Every day we will listen to music. You are responsible for knowing the music studied in class.
  3. Class Lectures and Discussions

Grading:

Tests will count 80%, and all other less time consuming assignments will count 20%.

Test grades include traditional test, projects and writing responses.

The final nine week grade will be comprised of the nine week average (80%) and the nine week test (20%)
